This Privacy Policy explains what information RuneIcons collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require an account to browse or download icons. If you sponsor the project or contact us, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as yourname and email address, through third-party services (e.g. GitHub, payment processors).
2. Cookies & Analytics
We use Umami to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information, so there is no consent banner. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Brand Logos
The brand logos page stores the logos you like in your own browser's local storage, under the key runeicons-brand-likes. That list never leaves your device. We do not receive it, and clearing your browser data removes it. The logo files are served from our own site, and copying or downloading one does not send anything to a third party. The links to each brand's website or brand guidelines take you to that company's site, which is covered by its own privacy policy.
4. Third-Party Services
Sponsorships and payments are processed by third-party providers, and interactions with our GitHub repository are governed by GitHub's own privacy policy.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
